When I open plex on the fire tv, the home screen often has no content. Instead, there’s a message/button that asks me to reset all customizations. After you do that, you have to customize everything again. Really getting tedious after more than three months.
It happens frequently, just not every time. It’s not consistent or predictable.
The original topic with the issue has been closed (but not fixed) so I’m mentioning this again:
Same problems here. All pinned content disappears and I’m prompted to reset customizations.
I can only assume that it’s a version change with an error as it only started a week or so ago
