Plex keeps changing rating key number

Server Version#: 4.76.1
Player Version#:

I’m using Pushover as a notification service in Tautulli. Plex pushes updates to Tautulli. I keep getting the same message about every hour or so for a specific movie that it has been recently added to Plex: ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix was recenty added to Plex’.
Why do I keep getting this message?

From the logs it seems that the rating key number keeps changing forcing it to be added over and over again. How to fix this?

2022-02-22 12:46:15 - DEBUG :: ThreadPoolExecutor-0_0 : Tautulli TimelineHandler :: Library item ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’ (766428) added to Plex.
2022-02-22 19:16:15 - DEBUG :: ThreadPoolExecutor-0_0 : Tautulli TimelineHandler :: Library item ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’ (766518) added to Plex.

Anyone experiencing the same issues like this, maybe with other movies?
I’ve removed the movie from plex, did a rescan and added it again, but then the messages keeps coming back. Every time it’s seen as if the movie was added as new.

This is as expected

Why would the rating keep changing every hour?

What does the PMS log shows you?

Maybe something is stuck in the Tautulli queue?

Seems Plex doens’t have it in db, and keeps rescanning/adding it. All other movies that are already there are skipped.

Try a Plex Dance on it
Also verify with like VLC, that it’s not broken

Followed these steps and noticed I had the same movie twice, once under X-Men Dark Phoenix (2019) and once under Dark Phoenix (2019). Maybe that was a problem too.

Seems the issue is fixed now.
