I have a movie library and a tv show library and when I click on tv shows it’ll just spin and spin trying to load and when It dont I’ll look at my computer and see that the media server isn’t running. But once I play something, i’tll continue to play without interruption.

Are you able to access the library in the first place when you start the playback or are you starting that from some imitier place (e.g. the on deck / continue watching sections of the start page)? Trying to understand if your server goes down every time you try to open the library page of your tv-…

Also on 4014 - upgraded on Saturday morning and the system was unstable with constant loosing of connection to the server, but again it wouldn’t interrupt playback. Hi @tom80H Are you seeing the reports from others re Win 10 PMS crashing continuously? PMS is completely unusable for us suffering the issue at the moment. We would love to know if this is being looked into by the support/devs? G.

asking around… I haven’t seen a much beyond this post and the ones linked here. So not sure it’s a widespread issue or some specific configuration.

Thanks Tom. Look fwd to anything you can offer. FYI: After my initial start up of v1.21.2.3939 (after downgrading) crashed after a couple of minutes running, I did a reboot and PMS has now been running for about 20 minutes without crashing and 1 TV show has been watched. We’ll see how it goes…

Given your Plex Media Server is running on a WIFI-only connection… could you try to reboot your router to check if there’s some hiccup/roadbump that might interfere with Plex? Not sure this is related but it’ll be worth a shot.
