It could some old hubs / dashboard configuration that was resulting in a request to the server that caused the crash. Thanks for the feedback
I’m having the same problem on version 1.22.1.4228. When I opened Plex on my Android phone it would instantly crash the server. I cleared the data from the mobile app and now it works fine. I believe my other Android clients are also crashing it (Fire Sticks). I’ll try to confirm tomorrow.
and please attach the server logs zip covering time of the crash - debug logging needs to be enabled (it is by default)

and also look for dmp files within the “Crash Reports” subdirectory for the release - this would be within the Plex Media Server app data area - if you find any - zip and send me the zip by private message referencing the forum post
I found some uploaded crash reports - which i will refer to the development team
The fix is out already in version 1.22.2 of Plex Media Server

I’m on the latest beta of PMS on my Shield TV and keep finding my PMS crashed/unresponsive still after initially working for a while.
There are a number of fixes for these type of failures in the beta that was released yesterday

Remote access breaks after updating to 1.22.2…4282 on Synology NAS. All remote access breaks. I had it working for a few moments after multiple Plex restarts but remote access goes down after only a few moments.
I’d like to roll back to the previous version but Plex makes it nearly impossible to roll back. Easier to sit and wait for a fix in the next update. Any suggestions?
Good Luck
Unfortunately it became unresponsive overnight last night, and again shortly after I restarted it and got it back up again this morning and was down all day and I’m using 4282.
