Plex keeps scanning TV shows every 5-10 seconds

For the past few days when I sit down at my computer I keep getting notifications that Plex has started scanning my library section “TV Shows” and then a notification that “Library scan complete, extra information may still be downloading from the internet”. Which is normal when I have a new episode of a TV show, show up, however this is going on constantly even when no new show is added to the library.

I tried just restarting PMS thinking that it would clear up but its not. I don’t know how to understand the logs to see why it keeps detecting a change that needs to be scanned. I have attached said logs if anyone can decipher and help to resolve this.

at this point the problem has persisted continuously to the point that I finally just turned off automatically scanning of my library just to get relief from the constant notifications.
