Changing to root will cause more downstream problems than it detects.

All files in /home/plexdir will need their ownership changed after.

Media being unavailable has nothing to do with /home/Plexdata/......

The “Unavailable” comes from when it can’t see the media file itself.

Look at the media directories after su -s /bin/sh plex

Yes sorry I meant to say show media directory. Yes everything there is own by plex user and when su to plex I can navigate media dir no issues.

  1. Scan files again
  2. Empty Trash
  3. Clean Bundles
  4. Download the logs ZIP
  5. Attach it.

I am missing something

Which path / directory (directories) are missing?
