Plex libraries only accessibly locally after adding expansion QNAP NAS and moving 1 library

I recently purchased and expansion drive (TL-D800C) for my QNAP TS-831X. Before this purchase I could view my libraries remotely and so could a friend. The only change made since that time is moving some content from the one NAS to the expansion, All libraries work great locally, but not via remote connection. Under Remote Access, everything shows correctly and when you login to the server, the folders show, but you cannot access them. I only use the NAS devices for storage, I am running the Plex Server from my MacBook Pro. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am running the latest updates for the Plex Server and the QNAP.
