I had to use a recovery code from email. My 2 way authentication did not work.
It looks like i need to reclaim my server. I downloaded the Claim PMS file. I entered my credentials but it comes back status code unauthorized? I left the 2 way authentification blank.
OK, I reclaimed it successfully using the tool. But my media is still not showing up.
Use Method 2.2 and don’t use the tool. Instead, use the “claim PMS file” as before.

ok i opened the notepad file and it was successful. I opened plex and signed in again. I went to the link in your message but my bowser would not open it. (Edge)

I removed the S from https. Still don’t have access to my media.
My current status is claimed, but I don’t have my media.

Reinstalling Plex server won’t change anything.
Though I am unsure what you are actually experiencing.
You said above that you cannot look at the address Plex install fix for Windows Server (Claim issue)
or did I misunderstand something?
OK, let’s start over. When i log into Plex, I no longer have my media. This is what I see.
I can look at the address http://127.0.0.1:32400 (screenshot)
I log into plex, but my media is missing.
I have successfully claimed my database using the ClaimPMSwin tool.
I have successfully merged the notepad file that you recommended earlier.
I have logged in and out several times.
Not sure what else I can do?
