Redeem Plex Lifetime Pass received as a gift

Hi, a friend gave me a lifetime flex pass as a gift. He paid but I didn’t received the email telling me what to do (or I could have deleted it by mistake).

I created an account but I can’t find anything where I can redeem my gift.

What can I do ?

I sent a email to : gifts@plex.tv and they “resent” the email with a link !

Where can you put your Redeem Code in?

I get a Plex Life Time pass too, but i cant put in the Redeem Code?
There is no Promo-Code Site?
