Where do I put my lifetime pass in.

My pass subscription has expired, I can’t use any of my apps and yet I can’t find a place to put my lifetime pass code. Can someone please help me? I submitted the question to plex billing and was told to wait till my sub was up to put in the code, unfortunately I have nothing now and no where to put it in and still I haven’t gotten a new response.

If you have a gift code, you need to redeem it and thus apply it to your account.

We couldn’t make out the link on the paper that was sent as a gift and they accidentally deleted the email. You are a lifesaver!!
