EDIT: I’ve just tried the version (8.3.1) and the problem is NOT fixed
Ditto! Hoped it mightve been fixed but no such luck here either 
One thing I notice on another new Android box when you open Plex app it actually gives you choice to login with google account other accounts other than just the plex code which is what is causing the issue!
I’m told this should be working now.
