I am using Roku 3 and HD Homerun Connect Duo. I got the HD Homerun yesterday. I recorded a few TV Shows and were able to watch them, but when I tried to delete them, they still showed up…but were unplayable. Plex media server is installed on my Windows C: drive and my TV Show folder is on my D: drive. I checked the folder TV shows are stored, and the files are deleted. I also did an empty recycle bin on my pc and also on my Plex web app. I did a rescan and also an analyze. Nothing is removing the title. I have several titles I have deleted through my tests, and they all still show up in my Plex DVR Recordings. . How can I remove the title after the TV shows and files has been deleted?
Is the folder where your recordings were now completely empty?
Put something into it. Like e.g. a small text file.
Then ‘Scan Library Files’ of the tv show library, followed by ‘Empty Trash’
The TV show folder on my D: drive has 4 tv shows\directories…and files. I did had a test.txt and rescanned anyways and did an empty trash. Same result. Under recordings, the old tv shows are still there(but not in the TV show folder)

Really, its just stays there? Why would that be? Its a dead link there, and on the roku, if its clicked on its shows as an error.
Also, when I just did a partial recording and stopped and deleted it, the percentage of recording is still going up in percentage like its still recording although the file is not there in the directory. Weird!
The way I understand it, it is a list of past successful recordings.
Personally, I think that the Play button needs to get removed if the episode is erased.
I think the current behaviour is a bug.

How did you delete the episodes?
Did you use the Delete button inside of Plex or did you just delete the file directly in the server’s filesystem?
I did it from the Roku 3.
I just recorded another partial, cancelled it from the Plex server and also deleted it from the plex server, and the result was the same.
