Thank you chris for your time, support, assistance & effort - please note that now, the correct zipped plugin logs file is now attached above in my original post earlier today 12/06/21!
I can best utilize utilize all /any posts that address the issues I address here as well as any specific additional recommendations based upon what you see in my correct attached plex plugin logs above!
Per your request to me (bill) on saturday 12/03/21 at ~5pm:
Main issue 1: cannot play or record on my new mac - the playback error below always occurs after 1-3 minutes - when restarting play/record, the exact same error occurs:
“Playback error x
This live tv session has ended”
Please see additional details which we discussed below - please assist with this issue!
Please note 1 other important issue:
- I cannot rescan, manage, nor edit to remove different duplicate channels of my original scan, to use only 1 tuner channel to record or playback (I.E.: abc, 1 channel 8.8 is better than the other abc channel 8.1 - both are selected on my original tuner scan & I cannot remove 1 chan or rescan all channels to properly edit fix this issue - please also assist with this issue!

My plex email is above and my plex 1 month pass will expire within < 10 days - please assist asap!!! Please contact me (bill) about my problem/issue with plex tv media software - I have attempted to work with apple support and have attempted nearly all recommendations on your plex tv websites!!! All plex media server software is properly installed/updated - thank you for your assistance, time, effort, & support & be safe!!!
Plex media server software has not worked properly at all - on my imac for >/~ 3 weeks (I.E. Since ~ 11/10/21), with the following reoccurring error message whether playing or recording over the air (ota) live tv on imac pc via my imac plex live tv & dvr,
With the following error message occuring after ~ 1 minute:
“Playback error x
This live tv seession has ended”
I am playing broadcasted over the air tv station channels on a brand new apple mac computer with the all of the best apple m1 options (storage, ram wi-fi) & the latest apple monterey ios 12.0.01!!!
My/this same silicon dust tuner works perfectly when previously connected to a windows pc - nothing is modified except the pc (from windows pc to imac!!!
You didn’t get all the logs.

I added a copy of correct zip file late yesterday (Monday) evening, which should be/is attached above: “PMS Plug in Logs copy.zip” - On this New Mac pc, I could only duplicate/copy the file to post here on this website!
If not the correct non-verbose PMS Plex Plugin logs file, then there may be other Issues/Problems with my Media Media Server - besides the 2 Issues/Problems which I describe here!
Be aware that I Reinstalled the PMS software several times during the past ~3 weeks - this/my latest Plex Media install & all/each install had these same 2 Issues/Problems!

Using a browser navigate to https://app.plex.tv/web, sign in if required.
- Go to Settings > Manage > Troubleshooting in Plex Web App
- Click the Download Logs button
- Save the resulting zip file
The zip file above is missing the “Plex Media Server.log” and other files.
What device are you using to watch tv with?

- tibierius: my only/last request, I have previously attempted reinstall of my plex media server software which reinstalls but bypasses my selection of channels to utilize, since plex tv thinks that I still want the same channels which I originally selected - which I do not, & want now, to only to manage/change the channels - please assist if you can?

Tiebierius, please pass along to any moderators on this plex forum [personally, I plan/will be packing up my mac mac m1 over the weekend (11/12-13/21 sat-sun) to return my mac m1 to apple on monday (12/14/21 morning)]
I plan to enjoy my upcoming holidays - maybe next year 2022, my current issues with both apple m1 & plex media server will be corrected/worked out!
Bottomline summary: after 2 days with with different apple support (including level 2) directly connected to my mac m1 with plex running, your needed plugin cannot be provided with apple support assistance: my apple mac m1 will not upload the entire plugin required for my installed plex media server - I can just create, zip & upload new plugin logs which is done above (& you state/say here to do, was originally done - see above)!
With different apple support connected to my mac m1, I attempted several new full plugin zips yesterday with no luck at all [the zipped plugin logs, my new media server plugin logs are zipped & saved with successful recording only]!
Mac m1 and plex media server: only plugin logs can be zipped & uploaded - these newly plex media server plugin logs with proper recording & just the playback issue, are saved, not zipped & uploaded since of no use to this plex forum!
Apple support now has my plex tvr & dvr recording ota tv channels/shows only, but I still have the below ota tv chanel playback error - my plex media server has never only played 1 tv channel without the only error message described by me above/here and restated now:

Now my main issue is my mac m1 original/secondary issue above managing channels which ties up both of my my 2-tuners completely when recording 2 x abc channels: if you can assist with this channel managing issue: how to manage my my originally selected channels& restated here/.Now:

Again, my original plex media server plugin logs, above should address this issue/error!
Tiebierius, now, I have read most all plex support for my issue managing channels which I cannot find exactly how to do on my mac m1 with plex media server properly installed!

Not sure if you are still having this issue. I don’t see any additional logs in your reply. You can just drag and drop the logs zip file in the text entry to upload it.
