I’ve been having an issue for several version of Plex Media Player now where when I watch live TV, halfway through a commercial break (seemingly at the point it switches from one commercial to the next), the audio gets completely out of sync with the video. The delay can be 10+ seconds.
What seems to happen is as it switches to the second commercial, the audio comes in first, and the video for the same commercial is delayed by 10+ seconds.
The delay never recovers and when I get back to the show, it is now out of sync by the same delay.
Stopping and restarting the show gets it all back in sync again. This seems to happen every time there is a commercial and is very repeatable.
Any ideas what is going on? Or more importantly how to fix it?
