I have 2 VBox’s, 4134 for DVB-S, and 4144 for DVB-T. I was able to set these up ok before, but removed everything recently and tried setting them up again. Now the DVB-T channels all fail to load. “Unable to evaluate play request” with code 5000.
After some digging, I discovered in the console that Plex is trying to load DVB-T channels from the IP address of the DVB-S tuner.
With the DVB-S tuner plugged out and removed from the server, the console shows “Error obtaining device status”, so seems it’s still looking for the DVB-S device.
I tried removing both tuners, deleting all caches (~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Caches), restarting the server (Mac mini), and setting up just the DVB-T tuner. The tuner shows the correct IP address under Live TV & DVR settings, but still the same issue.
Does anyone know where Plex stores the Live TV settings on Mac so I can delete and start afresh, without deleting my entire Plex DB?
Update: Added
screenshots of IP address in Live TV Settings and console when opening a channel.
