Plex loses connection to the server on Apple TV 4

Server Version#: 4.100.1
Player Version#: 8.20
Plex on Apple TV 4 often loses connection with the server or reports that the connection is not stable. in other applications there are no problems, through the browser on a laptop works without problems. Version 4.100.1 on Synology NAS. Even if you convert video via Plex, the problem is the same. Apple TV is connected to the router via cable. The problem started about 2 months ago.

I am seeing same issue on Apple TV and server running macOS. All hardwired

I’m having the same issue. My server is running on Windows. When I switch to the Infuse, Nvidia Shield TV or use the Plex app via TV (Sony) no issues. I wonder if its related to the stuttering issue previously reported for the player. Looks like the issue started with Player Version#: 8.18. I don’t know how to downgrade to test it.
