Plex Loses Remote Access, works fine after restarting Plex Media Server

Server Version#: 1.13.8.5395 on Windows 10 Home x64

My Plex loses Remote Access every few days, works immediately after restarting Plex Media Server.
So I’m guessing there’s nothing wrong in my config, at least to the level the Plex server couldn’t recover from on its own, without requiring me to babysit it every few days (“Right click, Exit, Start”).

It really kills the usability of Plex, please fix this annoyance.
