Plex made my PC unusable (and I work with it)

Since nobody’s answering my messages, I’ll keep posting.
All this started happening in the last 4 days.

  1. From time to time, Plex doesn’t reach my server… while running as 127.0.0.1. Then comes back without me doing anything. The apps on my LG TV, PS4 and Android phone don’t show connecting issue, but all I see is the left column with the names of my libraries. If I try to enter one library, after a long while the […] disappears but nothing is shown. I THINK this happens when Plex scans the libraries but I’m not sure.

  2. At the same time, my HD usage spikes and my PC hangs forcing me to brutally reboot it.

This has become unbearable. I have a Plex Pass and not only I cannot use Plex but it started making my PC (I work from home) unusable. PLEASE FIX THIS AS I CAN SEE FROM THE FORUM I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE AND PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER.
I’ll attach some logs, but I had to reboot the PC and I don’t know if they are corrupted and/or miss some infoPlex Media Server.2.log (322.0 KB) .

This is possibly my fourth message in 4 days and nobody even answered, I’m quite worried, angry and disappointed.

UPDATE: Every time I watch something on my LG tv via the official app (I didn’t try other ways), after I’ve finished viewing the first video (let’s say an episode of a series) Plex hangs and I have to reboot my PC (force reboot it most of the time because the whole system freezes with my hard disk led not blinking anymore but staying lit).

Plex Crash Uploader.log (1014 Bytes)
Plex Media Server.1.log (3.7 MB) Plex Transcoder Statistics.log (1.4 MB)
Plex Media Server.2.log (322.0 KB)

UPDATE 2:
It’s getting worse. I got a transcode error while watching an episode. On my PC, the Plex icon near the clock was gone, but I still had 2 plexhost processes.

My PC was almost totally unresponsive until I managed to kill those processes.

Plex Transcoder Statistics.log (59.5 KB)
Plex Transcoder Statistics.1.log (156.9 KB)
Plex Media Server.log (1.1 MB)

Also, is it normal that while I’m doing an analysis of my music folder, the Hard disk usage spikes to 90%?

And look what happens to my Chrome memory usage, even though the only page open is Plex UI.

P.S.
I’m not using hardware acceleration.

The worst thing is the complete lack of answers. Just a “We’re looking into it” would be enough.
Is this the way to treat Plex Pass members?

This is unacceptable. We’re all complaining and noone is answering. We don’t even know if the whole team is already on vacation and we’ll have to wait the new year.
This is not how you treat your customers. You need to fix ALL the issues soon and give us some answers even sooner. Really, really REALLY disappointed and quite angry now.
