Plex completely unusable .. slow .. crashing .. loads forever

i guess this is since i updated all my libraries to the new plex-agents … after that everything became completely unreliable, slow loading, it’s crashing … it’s just completely unusable …
while every other application on my server is running flawless and fast … so it’s not the server nor it’s connecttions … it’s not the player, because just every one is affacted …

btw the pms-library is on a NVME …

main drive is still hdd … is it possible that plex-scanner etc still sitting on hdd ? and if so, is it possible that these got slowed down because of running hdd ?! still don’t know, why everything else is still fast running

is that “plex dance” still an option for fixing things? or is this obsolete ?

and if the server isn’t crashing, the players are … roku, android etc … what the hell

Could you explain some specific instances of these scenarios.

What is slow exactly? Loading libraries?
When last did it crash? I don’t see any indications of crashes in the logs you provided.

Nothing I saw in the logs really indicates any issues at first glance so I’ll need some specific to go off.
