Plex Server crashing

I have used plex server on Windows 10 for years and have been happy with it. Last week I signed up for plex pass. Right after that, my plex server crashed and I cannot get it running again. I CAN’T BELIEVE THERE IS NO PLACE TO CALL TO GET HELP!!! I have reinstalled the server (it was originally 32-bit and I just installed 64 bit) with no change. When I try to start the plex server I get a brief message on screen that libraries are being updated and then the server goes down. I have emailed billing (the one contact option that was available - imagine that!) and said help me fix it or give me my money back. I am hoping that I can get some help here.
I am updating the latest crash uploader log as well as the last time there was a successful Media Scanner Analysis log.

Any help or direction appreciated.

When you first start Plex monitor your CPU usage. A Plex pass entitles you to use the new credit detection feature which is enabled by default.

This process is very CPU intensive and might be overloading your system

You can turn it off in the settings and see if things improve

If not, I suggest you upload your entire log file so someone can look at it

I am not sure what the new credit detection feature is, but I don’t think this is the issue. The plex server will not start on my computer since I upgraded to the plex pass. I got a reply from billing and they said I needed to log into my plex server, but it doesn’t start! JaysPlex7 said I may need to upload my entire log file, but I thought I did. What needs to be uploaded for someone to help?

You can attempt to restore a backup by following this guide

If those are also damaged you may to have try to repair by following this guide

Thanks. My setup was not too complex so it just made sense to completely uninstall and then reinstall. All is working again. Thanks for the guidance.
