Added kid account which I thought was supposed to get everything TV-Y or TV-G but it’s missing an absolute boatload of them.
Some of them I can share manually via the Grant Access feature, but they don’t show up in the list after doing that.
Others don’t play with an error: Playback Error: An error occurred loading items to play.
I have blown away the managed account and created another one, but the same thing has happened.
I checked the database via the SQL Lite tool and it came back with “OK”
I did not rebuild the index because I dont know if that is an issue.
Edit: Some of the problem is that the shows are categorized as TV-Y7 which is not recognized within plex: “Younger Kid allows TV-Y, G, TV-G and equivalent”
Edit: I guess that solved the entire issue. Now things that I edit to have correct ratings will play. “Grant Access” doesn’t grant access if the rating level is different than the allowed ratings.
