As you can see from comparing the two, the admin account shows The Clangers (as well as Clanger 2015), Dawn of the Croods, The Day Henry Met, DipDap, Dog Loves Book, Hotel Transylvania, Night Garden and Kit & Pup, but none of these are showing for the normal user account.
I have the same problem with our main user account, which has a number of TV shows missing but they are showing in the admin account. Any ideas why it is doing this?
Do you have any restrictions set? either via profile or specific ones. Like if you limit an account with the Younger Kid profile that only allows TV-Y, G, TV-G it won’t show things that are above that or things with no rating.
Ah! Yes, I had hers set to a young child. I’ve removed that and it’s showing them for her now…who would have thought that Hey Duggee and The Clangers would have an age restriction…! Thanks!
That hasn’t resolved it for our main account though. For example S.W.A.T. (2017) shows for the admin account but not for our (unrestricted) account.
You can manually change a shows rating in your library so you don’t have to remove the restriction. (IMO helps if one day you accidentally add an adult show to the wrong folder rather than removing the restriction completely)
