Hello,
I have one tv-show, which is visible in all adult accounts, but not in the kids account. It is in the same folder as all other kids tv-shows.
The same for web and fire-tv clients.
What can be the reason?

Have you applied a restriction profile to the kid account (e.g. small kid, older kid, teen…)? This will prevent shows from being shared that don’t meet the allowed content rating for this user — e.g. a kid won’t see a TV-MA rated show
Yes, the profile from the kid is a teen account. But I don’t have plex pass.
I don’t think parental controls / restriction profiles are limited to Plex Pass users (manual restrictions might however still be limited).

Custom Sharing Restrictions
Create customized restriction settings when sharing with family and close, personal friends. Restrict based on content ratings or your own custom labels.
By the way, the tv-show, that didn’t show up on my kids profile, doesn’t have a rating in plex (“The Last kids on earth”).
Have you tried removing the restriction from their profile and see if the tv-show shows up?
That is exactly what I tried a second ago. 
And it works.
So the conclusion for me is, that if there is no rating for a tv-show or movie, it doesn’t show up on a restricted profile at all.
I have to set a rating in the media details for every unrated media or remove the restriction completely from the profile, so the kid can see everything that is shared for its profile.
