Hello

I have moved some little used Libraries to the ‘More’ Menu, however, after selecting one of these Libraries it is not possible to select a Library from the Main SideBar.

From a Library opened from the ‘More’ Menu item I am able to use the Left Arrow to Open the SideBar but am not able to select any Library from the Main List.

The only option is to close PMP and reopen it.

Is this using the TV mode or the desktop mode?

This is working here.
Upon pressing Left, you are still in the ‘More…’ context, so you should be able to use Up/Down and Enter to switch to a different library.

Or you scroll to the top to ‘Back’ to get to the ‘Pinned’ items.

Are you trying to click with a mouse?
Because you can’t do that. TV mode is keyboard/RC only.

Could you re-trace your way from the home page and back, until the issue occurs?
I am trying to reproduce it but have failed, so far.

Are you using Backspace to go back? Instead of Escape?

I think I have reproduced it:

  • Enter the ‘More’ menu in the side bar
  • enter a library listed in there, which is not ‘pinned’
  • enter the preplay page of an item in this library
  • Now use repeatedly the Backspace (or Escape) key to go ‘back’, until the sidebar shows only the initial, pinned list of items.
  • You’ll find you cannot focus any of the items on the side bar

The workaround to leave this state is to hit h

Below are the steps to reproduce, for me anyway.

  1. I start at the Home Page
  2. Left Arrow to open Side Bar
  3. Scroll Down to More, press Enter
  4. Select Server, press Enter
  5. Select a Non Pinned Library, press Enter
  6. Press Left Arrow to open Side Bar
  7. Press Up Arrow to select Back at top of Menu and press Enter
  8. Pinned Items are listed but are not able to be selected, pressing Arrow Keys does nothing.

If I press ‘h’ whilst in the Unpinned Library (without the Side Bar Open) then I am returned to the Home Screen and all seems to work well from that point and I am able to select a Pinned Library from the Side Bar.
