Before the last update when i played a tv series it would play episodes back to back without a gap

Since putting this update on at the end of the episode it shows me a thumbnail of the next one and has a 5 second countdown

Why is this and how do i get rid of it? I want to watch a tv show not constantly get reminded i am using plex and have to wait in between episodes

Bonus question a few updates ago the media player went through a UI change and the “on deck” was completely removed in preference for a welcome to plex message asking me to choose from the menu above
Why do i have to now search for the tv show i was watching instead of just simply selecting from whats on deck?

Honestly guys its things like this that make me think Plex is going backwards, I’m sorry, i love the product, I’m a life time subscriber but with each update i keep having to come onto the forums to find out why its harder to watch than it was before

The lastest PMP still has the on deck - just it is removed to show the welcome and explain changes, it returns fine after that.

As for the post play screen - this has ALWAYS had a countdown before the next episode…

Im sorry but the welcome message doesn’t disappear for me, is there a way to get rid of it?

and i have only ever had a countdown for the next episode on plex web not plex media player, i know this because i watch plex every night and i think i would have noticed it before

is there a switch somewhere i need to disable it? why do i need to wait for the next episode?
