Plex Media Scanner not detection intros on some shows on Linux that worked on Windows

I recently moved my Plex installation from Windows Server 2022 to a docker container on Unraid. The migration was successful with very few issues… until I started noticing some shows I’ve been watching week to week are no longer giving me a “Skip Intro” option while others still are.

After spending literally hours reading the forum, reading Plex logs I eventually found that the shows that are not detecting intros are failing with “[Transcoder] Unknown decoder ‘aac_lc’” in the Plex Media Server log.

Is this fixable?

… and now a little while later I disabled “Use hardware acceleration when available” and the scanner runs without failures, but still is not detecting intros on the same shows.

Followup, issue fixed. I randomly ran across a post that mentioned deleting the transcoders and having plex reinstall them so I did just that. deleted the transcoder “Codecs” folder and restarted Plex. Now Intros are being detected on everything again… Happy camper.
