Plex media server app will not launch after upgrade

Server Version#: 1.14.0.5470-9d51fdfaa
Player Version#: 2.23.0.920-5bc1a2e5

After upgrading the server to the latest version, the server started crushing on start up.
i have tried a clean reinstall a number of time’s the error is still the same.
please help.

@hamzaelfalah you can Rollback the upgrade using this link

After the rollback all is now ok.

Having same issues here, rolling back works for me as well.

Do you have a old NAS Version for me? My plex server on my Synology doesnt start ei either.

Encountered the same exact problem. Plex Media Server QA is quite bad on this…

Same issue for me. Did a 100% Clean OS install and the latest Plex version wouldn’t run. Error logs didn’t present much useful either. thanks @byaruhaf for that link to the prior version. It saved me!

I get this same error, and the rollback resolves it for me. Is anyone from the Plex team looking into this issue?

just upgraded to new version 1.14.1.5488, the problem is now fixed.
