Hello, I have been banging my head against this issue for some time now and I cannot figure it out at all.
I have just set up a PMS yesterday for the first time on a computer running the Omarchy Linux distribution. Everything worked fine and I set up a library. On my PS5 I installed the Plex app and signed in, but when I go to the server it says “ is Currently Unavailable. Please verify that the server is running and has a network connection.” I went through some troubleshooting like making sure both the PC and the PS5 are on the same subnet, changing the preffered network interface or adding a custom server URL. I also tested this on my phone (Samsung Galaxy A52) and it shows the same thing: server is offline.
Any help appreciated as I cannot find a fix and many of the Reddit threads or forum posts I go on are abandoned with no responses.
I have also attached the Log files provided from the server (Settings → Troubleshooting → Download Logs). If more information is needed I will be happy to provide it.
