Plex Dashboard CPU shows system at 100% but windows task manager shows 15% cpu usage. Trying to play a video with subtitles so it is transcoding but getting a message on my client that my host media server is not fast enough. CPU is Intel core i5 11500. Any ideas if my settings are off? [cpu]

Plex Media Server appears to be only using one thread for transcoding
