Server Version#: 1.16.2.1321
My server constantly crashes- at least once every couple of days. Sometimes more often.
I have optimised the database - and performed all the in-software tools to keep my instance running as well as possible.
Can someone give some insight into why PMS is so instable?
Here are the most recent logs:
Log 1: This shows a session that died when I attempted to Optimise Database with approx 8 streams active
Logs 2-5 all crashed on their own
As you can see the sessions don’t last long
Any help would be great
Thanks

Plex Media Server.2.log (947.0 KB)
Plex Media Server.3.log (9.2 KB)
Plex Media Server.4.log (1.3 KB)
Plex Media Server.5.log (884.1 KB)
Please reset your logging to the defaults: DEBUG on, VERBOSE off.
I cannot see what it’s actually doing to cause your errors. DEBUG does not consume any more space. The buffer size is fixed (26 MB) but DEBUG logging shows me what I need to diagnose.
Set logging
Restart PMS.
Capture a few instances (one will do)
Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
Attach that ZIP file
Thanks @ChuckPa - changed log to debug - will wait for it to crash again and will upload here
@ChuckPa Didn’t crash for a while - but when trying to Optimize the database this morning - it keeps crashing.
I’m not comfortable posting debug logs here as they contain personal information - can I PM them to you?
Yes. PM channel opened. Check your messages please.
Thanks for the logs. Crash report information extracted from them (where it shows the upload successful) and notified the Crash expert .
