Plex crashing for months multiple times a day with no resolution. I think i figured it out but need help from a dev

As the title states my server has been crashing 3-5 times a day for months and i have yet to figure it out. I have made multiple posts here and on other online forums w/o resolution but i have made progress.

The server only crashes when i enable scheduled tasks. i thought it was optimizing the database that would crash it but i disabled that as a schedule task and it still crashed. However, when i ran optimize database manually the server still crashed. i attached the latest logs after a crash.

I am having same issue with my PMS running on a MAC - so have to keep restarting the server everyday. Very frustrating.

Same thing here, months with PMS for windows crashing multiple times a day. I will try disabling scheduled tasks to see if there is any change

If the server crashes during database optimization, it can mean two things:

  1. there is not enough free space on the drive which holds the Plex data folder. Never ever let this drive go full. Because if you do, chances are high that your Plex database will get damaged.
  2. your Plex database is damaged. You can try and repair it, but the success of this procedure is not guaranteed. Repair a Corrupted Database | Plex Support
