Plex Server Crashing When Optimizing DB

I recently updated to Plex Version 1.15.1.710 and since then Plex Media Server crash (randomly) multiple times a day. I cleaned the bundles, and emptied the trash fine. However, every time I try to optimize the DB it gets about 2/3 of the way complete and then the Media Server crashes.

At this time the biggest problem is I can not access the Media Server Dashboard. I get an error saying “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard”.

I have server log files and a copy of the Db if needed.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
