Plex Media Server crashes whenever trying to access via Nvidia Shield app

Server Version#: 1.29.1.6316-7000 (Running on Synology NAS)
Player Version#: 9.10.1.36024

Every time I try to access Plex App on Shield, my server is crashing and is no longer accessible via app or Web until restart.

Physical network problems with the Synology. Network is unstable.

Either:

Faulty connector/cable
Faulty socket
DHCP server going crazy
