I have run into an issue where Real RTMP channels were not working in Plexconnect. It turns out that Plex Media Server is not recognizing the new version 4 id. I switched back to a version 3.1 id and that solved the problem. So I guess the Plex guys have to update the Plex framework to recognize version 4 of Plexconnect, that is, if this is not already in process.

According to jam everything should be fine - it's testing PlexConnects version to be >=0.2 or something.
Which are those channels you are having trouble with?
Every RTMP channel I tested including BBC iPlayer and CBS.
i was directed here, believe i am having the same issue. Plex media server on my mac, plex connect ATV3
All of my movie content works fine, plexconnect interface in "trailers" is there and works. Channels show up, im able to navigate them and all of their seasons, titles etc. But once I click play on an episode, i get : an error occurred content not available. Try again later.
channels on the ios and osx platforms work fine
plex connect version 0.4+
It's definitely an issue and it is repeatable. The solution? Go into the version.py and change:
__VERSION__ = '0.4+'
to
__VERSION__ = '0.3.1+'
and the problem is solved
So whatever Plex corporate is saying, something has to be done to fix the issue.

Edit: The issue is the "+" sign... PMS reads the "4+" as invalid, setting ZERO, which makes the result less then 0.2.
Well this is good news. I changed the Version.py file and removed the "+" from the VERSION variable and everything works again. It's nice to have 60 minutes back.
