Hi, i have the same issue, but i went back to use the legacy agent and that fixed it, i think the issue started when everyone started to upgrade from legacy agent to the new plex movie agent.
try the legacy and refresh your library and trailer will back to work again.
this is the best solution for now till someone of the developer fix the new plex movie agent.
Yep, same here. No go on anything trailer related. Funny, because the latest announcement is plugging the lifetime pass and focuses on the ability to watch trailers…this might discourage new users and loose revenue. Plex support, please fix this.

okay, now when I check option to play trailers from cinema, it showing something like this, very old trailer - why it showing only this 1 old trailer? It’s not even in cinemas

sorry for losing track of this. still can’t figure out why they are not populating for you
if possible can you please disable any prerolls you have set up
set number of cinema trailers in whichever app to 1
and make sure you have at least one of the Extras setting enabled
and the cinema trailer option in the movie library
restart the server
then after hitting play let it go for like 10 seconds and grab the server logs again.

( also just to be sure all your movies being played have genres and ratings right? )
I just realized you are based on image in Poland and that is probably why as it is also based on account preferred audio settings and there probably not many Polish language trailers. possibly Labyrinth is the only one.
Try changing your preferred audio language to english , restart server then play a movie to see if you get a newer trailer
Okay, now it finally working! But can You separate this setting from trailer language? Now all movies start with english language…
the folk that manage that are discussing a number of things that need to change based on the language selections. I can’t make any promises about an ETA though
Okay, please fix it ASAP - when i change to polish, automatically 0 trailers, but I don’t know why, we have much trailers with subtitles, from where trailers are picked?
