Plex media server doesn't start without internet access

Server Version#: Linux truenas 6.6.44-production+truenas
App Version: 1.41.3.9314-a0bfb8370
Version: 1.1.14

Hello!
I have a plex media server deployed on my truenas server. If internet access is disabled, the plex application does not start. An error occurs:

[2025/02/07 19:54:14] (ERROR) app_lifecycle.compose_action():56 - Failed 'up' action for 'plex' app: permissions Pulling
 plex Pulling
permissions Error Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": remote error: tls: handshake failure
 plex Error context canceled
Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": remote error: tls: handshake failure

How do I make the Plex app run without internet access?

You dont

This is complete BS, zero help, and frankly completely wrong and misleading to the OP… As startup works fine on my QNAP without internet. It purely is a problem with startup in a docker container. I don’t know if this is the case for just TrueNAS Scale or Docker in general. And frankly for those of us planning on running Plex at a remote location with ZERO internet it makes this product borderline useless.
