Plex Media Server doesn't update its library anymore on Monterey

Since upgrading my Mac mini to macOS Monterey (12.1), the Plex Media Server doesn’t seem to notice when I’m adding new contents to the folders used for media. I did try to update the library manually but new contents doesn’t appear in the player. I gave full disk access to Plex Media Server in Security & Privacy system preferences but that doesn’t seem to help.

Any idea what I can do?
