PLEX MEDIA SERVER in NVIDIA SHIELD not generating the skip intro button

Hello, I’m using my NVIDIA SHIELD as a Plex Media Server with attached storage. Everything is working fantastic excepting the new feature of skipping intros. I analyzed by season the TV shows and already got the thumbnails and chapters but the skip intro button is not even appearing.

I have tried both with the new and old player with no results. I even tried from my cellphone and the windows web player with no result.

It seems that is something related with the Server being the NVIDIA SHIELD and not the PC.

Any help please?

Same here, PMS (latest beta) on Shield Pro 2019 is not creating „Intro Skipping“. Not as shedueld task, nor with analyze.

@Ekomax Did you recently add a new music library? Your logs indicate that PMS spent all of the scheduled task time analyzing your music library. So it hasn’t gotten around to finding the intros yet. Try extending the time for schedules task so it can finish everything it needs to. Send me a new log if you still don’t see them after a few days.

Edit - You can also click on the “analyze” option at a season for a show. That will start looking for the intro for that season. You can provide me the PMS log after doing this so I can check if it worked or not.

Yes set the PMS up these days (incl Music)

Ok will see the next days when analysing music is ended if Intro skipping will be done.

I already did trying to analyse a season but only 2 sec spinning wheel and it stopped and no intro skipping.

I‘ll report you

Looks like you where right. Its niw beginning to create the intro skipping.
