Skip Intro feature not working on new install

I have a brand new install of Plex after my server died. I have Plex Pass. My TV library is setup to allow scan for intros:

The server is also set to scan for intros scheduled and when media added:

Skip intro still isn’t working. The server has been built for 2 days now, so believe it could still be scanning, but upon checking the forums I saw that you could press Analyse on episodes to force the build, however I still don’t get the intros. From other help its says intro should be generated in the XML, but this doesn’t appear. Any ideas how to get it working again please?

Thats very weird as its the exact same files in exact same layout I had before I rebuilt the library and skip intro worked fine. Is there anyway round it, as my library is pretty huge and I will go insane if I have to rename all the files when they worked before?

I don’t have video station installed, so hopefully thats ok.
