Uninstalling update KB4013429 allowed Plex to start normally. Updating Plex now.

installed update KB4013429 but plex server still refuses to install
Hi,
I had the same problems as all of you guys. After a deeper look I noticed that the last installation of Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4015438) had FAIL.
So I uninstall it and force a new update and it has now pass and the issue is now gone. back to normal.
