I have read a number of other posts, but so far I haven’t located the one that could help me. Used Plex for years without issues, but as I added more security software, I seem to have broken something.
I have not been able to run Plex for the past two months. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times with no joy.
So, I’m starting from scratch again today and asking for your help.
a. Downloaded PlexMediaServer-1.21.4.4079-1b7748a7b-x86.exe
b. Installed it using the default options
c. Logged in using email.
d. Closed the plex pass window
e. Started server setup and this is where I run into the first problem. “No soup for you. You do not have access to this server” http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/03f13b15058b7da484338a05b0ba42564649b8c6
I have looked through the Plex Media Server, Plex Tuner Service, and Plex Update Service logs. This isn’t my specialty and have not found the problem. Who can I send the logs to? Thanks in advance.
