Plex Media Server installed on new Hardware

Server Version 1.18.3.2129:
Player Version web:

I installed Plex Media Server on a new Linux Hardware.
I moved all my libraries to new server.
I start Plex media Server , i logged in with my plex account (monthyl plex).
I connect to server via http://myplexserver:32400/web
Type in the PIN
But then i get:
“Server Denies Acces. Be Sure to login with a user with enough rights” (translated from german)…

How can get i resettet / working again? I dont find much help an plex.tv site.
Any ideas / information how i do this? verry annoying…

Sign your plex/web app out of Plex.tv
Open an incognito window
Open the server (assuming it’s on the same subnet)
If not greeted by signin & Got-it & setup –
then try the same URL again with ?secure=0 added to the end of the web browser url.

treide that. Logged out from plex.tv.
Opened incognito window and tried loginm, got same "access denied".
Added ?secure=0 at the end, after entering PIN same behaviour, "access denied".

I also deleted all webfile cache in Chrome, no healing ;.(

Any idea?
