So Ive got an issue here and no matter what I do nothing changes, as the “best” media server this ■■■■ should all be easy, but instead its made to irritate people when there is an issue. Not to mention there is no one to call or direct message with to help with any issues! The issue im having has gone on for months, all of a sudden a few months ago plex stopped working, I couldnt open files couldnt really do anything in my personnal media library. I came on here to the wonderful forums and some genious on here says just delete the program and reinstall, Id have to look back a long while to find that person but whoever he is he needs to be thrown off a cliff because hes an idiot. Anyway after doing the uninstall now all I can do is sign in, it shows my media server library name but says it says server settings are unavailable, no matter what I do its not available! I cant delete it either and start over because theres no way to get to it to delete it! So I figured screw it I will create a new account, delete the old and start from scratch, however now when I log into my new account and try to load my media library it comes up with an old library name and wants me to claim it, if I claim it, Im right back to square one where nothing works, so I try to use a new account and add new library it tells me thats not possible that the action cant be completed or some bullshit when I try to load the movies file from my external hard drive, So what is possible with this supposed “best” media site? and the main question is there someone on here who can actually help me?

I have tried that, I removed the new account completely, removed the old account completely, I had the premium on the old account, removed that as well, I can delete plex from my computer, redownload, reinstall program, create brand new account and it still comes up with the old media library and wants me to accept it, whe I do it does nothing. So I went through all of that and instead if accepting the old library, I decided Ill just upload a new library, just as if it were the first time ever uploading, the problem with that is it shows my drive, thows the folder I want to upload and when you hit the button upload its says its not possible action cant be completed. So even if I try to go into my drive files and lets say pick a single movie file, I get the same message when trying to upload it!
If you are trying to start from scratch when you uninstalled did you delete the Plex Media Server folder in the appdata folder?
