I have no problem connecting to my Plex Server on my Roku or on the Web (in fact, I have 2 Ple3x Media Servers configured and they both can be reached). BUT on my Sony Bravia 4K Android Smart Tv, when I go to the Plex app, it says one of my servers is offline (not true since it can be reached via Roku or Plex Web) and for the other server it says Direct Connection Not Available. HELP!
