Had plex media server installed on Mac. Connecting to movies on usb device. Made the mistake of updating OS to Catalina 10.15.6. Plex would not load. I would open it and it would try to connect to local host in the browser and it just kept spinning.
Decide to remove everything and try to reinstall. Downloaded Plex Media server and when trying to install I get the following error.
“plex media server” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.
Any assistance would be appreciate.
