Plex Media Server Not Launching!

Hello All,

So I downloaded Plex about a year ago and loved it! I was able to import anything and watch youtube videos and movies from 3 different devices and my phone! I did pay for the lifetime subscription.

I did not use it for about 5 months then came back to it, only to find I am unable to add anything to my library. It asks me to download the Plex Server program, so I did. Once I did that and restarted my computer, it still took me to the main page where it asks me to download the program again, within the program! Can someone help me fix this, or can I have my money back since what I paid for no longer works?

OMG I just tried it again and it is now working!! Does anybody have any idea what might have happened?? I’m on Windows 10.

Ok scratch that, it only works for my google account but not my outlook account where I actually bought Plex , , , Any help would be appreciated.
