Plex Media Server not launching

Hello All,

Trying to install and setup Plex Media Server for the first time. Not sure exactly what is going on, but after the initial install, the system reboots (expected). When I try to launch the software, as it does not attempt to auto start, It opens the web page (expected), the ip shows 127.0.0.1:32400 ( Not sure if this is correct or not), and the screen just says “Plex” and does nothing…at all, no matter how long I wait.

Any ideas or possible fixes?
