We use a avantree tc417 bluetooth receiver to connect to 2 bluetooth headphones and watch movies while we have our baby fall asleep with us
Some files work with sound through the bluetooth headphone receiver and some dont. They all work however if playing directly through the TV’s speakers
Here is some info of the file that it did not work:
1080p (H.264)
Unknown (AAC 5.1)

I have tested playing the same files that did not work through plex by playing it directly on the same TV but just with a usb plugged into it and it audio plays perfectly through the bluetooth receiver. But switch it to plex and it doesnt
Remember the audio all play fine through the TV speakers. Just the ones labeled:
Unknown (AAC 5.1) dont work through the bluetooth receiver.
Any ideas or anything I can try?
I have plex media server on both a windows computer and a synlogy NAS 218play and they both have the same issue
they are both updated to their latest versions
