I am using PLEX on Sony smart TV with GoogleTV. Generally works fine, except when I try to use bluetooth headphones connected to the tv, PLEX does not play audio. All my other apps play the audio fine regardless of whether it’s playing through my Sonós soundbar (using HDMI) or through the bluetooth headphones when I connect them. But PLEX doesn’t play to the bluetooth when I connect bluetooth, audio is off. If I disconnect bluetooth, then plex audio will be heard through HDMI
what is the trick to get PLEX to use the same audio path as all the other apps installed on the Sony TV? Just want the audio to work as normal through Sonós system, unless I connect bluetooth headphones, then downmix to stereo and send to headphones…should be automatic, but I can’t even get it to work at all… what am I missing?
