Plex Media Server not Recognizing any librarys

I recently installed Windows 11 and had installed Plex. When installing, the apps I use on TV, phone, Web, PC showed my library contents. Today, I have tried loading them like normal and the Plex website keeps telling me just to install the media server. I have uninstalled multiple times using advanced software for uninstall but every time it reinstalls, I have the same issue.

Could it be the Win11 upgrade messed up your registry parameters?
Are you connecting to the bundled web app through the PMS’ local IP address? – e.g. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine or http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web otherwise
